Sonam Kapoor’s Expensive Return Gifts For The Guests

Fans just can’t get over the dreamy wedding of Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja. The actress tied the knot with her long-term beau Anand on May 8 in an intimate ceremony at her aunt’s bungalow. The marriage was followed by a lavish reception which was attended by who’s who of Bollywood including Jacqueline Fernandez, Varun Dhawan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, etc.

Before her wedding, Sonam took to Instagram to share pictures of the gift she has been receiving. She was showered with roses, sandals and traditional handicrafts presents. Also, director Karan Johar gifted the actress a Kanjeevaram sari along with jhumkas. Well, that was all about gifts but what about return gifts.

We got to know that guests at Sonam and Anand’s wedding got some amazing presents. According to a report in Spotboye.com, the gift box for ladies included a beautiful brown clutch, 2 Mac lipsticks, a pair of green bangles, maang tikka with earrings and a set of mojris. Isn’t that really wow?

Sonam’s wedding festivities began from May 6 at Anil Kapoor’s home, where an intimate Mehendi ceremony took place followed by a big Mehendi ceremony at Sonam’s posh bungalow. Their reception was held at The Leela, Mumbai.

Sonam was recently criticised for changing her name on social media platforms. The lady, however, remained undeterred and said it was her choice to take husband’s surname. The actress said that the whole idea of feminism is to have equal opportunities and freedom to do anything. Now, Anand has also changed his name to Anand S Ahuja. Isn’t that too cute?

Soon after her wedding, the actress headed to Cannes. After killing with her looks on Day 1 in Ralph and Russo creation, the gorgeous actress opted for Vera Wang gown on Day 2.
